💰 Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
Your luxury wellness journey should be seamless from checkout to delivery.
Free Shipping: We offer completely free standard shipping (including curbside freight) on all orders over $1,000.
Calculated Shipping: For orders under $1,000, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items.
📦 How We Ship: Parcel vs. Freight
Depending on the size and weight of the products you order, your shipment will fall into one of two categories:
1. Standard Parcel Shipping (Smaller Items)
Applies to: Faucets, sinks, smaller bath accessories, and hardware.
Carriers: Trusted partners like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Timeline: Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days from order placement.
Delivery Method: Delivered directly to your front door or mailbox. No delivery appointment or signature is required. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
2. Specialized Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Items)
Applies to: Saunas, steam showers, hot tubs, bathtubs, and bathroom vanities.
Because these are large, high-value items, we do not use standard parcel services. Instead, we partner with specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers (such as Saia, Estes Express, and others) for a secure, coordinated delivery.
The Freight Delivery Journey: What to Expect
Step 1: Order Processing & Pickup (Days 1–3) As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team securely packages your heavy bath items onto a pallet. A specialized freight carrier picks it up from our distribution center.
Step 2: Transit & Appointment Scheduling (Days 3–8) Once the shipment arrives at the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery appointment. Your large items (like a heavy bathtub or sauna) will not be delivered without a confirmed time window.
Step 3: Delivery Day & Curbside Drop-off (Days 8–10) On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The shipment will be placed on your driveway or property line as safely as possible. Please note: Drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move heavy items into your home, bathroom, or backyard.
⚠️ Important: Receiving & Inspecting Your Freight Order
Our quality assurance team ensures your products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, it is critical that you inspect your shipment upon arrival before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.
Do a Visual Check: Walk around the pallet and look for any visible signs of damage to the boxes, shrink wrap, or pallets (e.g., tears, crushed corners, or footprints).
Document Everything: If you see any damage, you must write "DAMAGED" clearly on the driver's delivery receipt before signing.
Notify Us Immediately: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, the item (if visible), and the delivery receipt. Email them directly to hello@goforbath.com.
