Shipping
How can I track my order?
We will send the order tracking details to your email as soon as we process and ship your order. You can then track your order using that information.
To where do you ship?
We ship to all US states. For a number of our products, we also ship to Canada. To find out if the product is qualified to be shipped to Canada, please contact us.
How long does it take to process and ship the orders?
We always try to process and ship the orders within one-two business days for in-stock products. However, for some products it might take a bit longer to process the orders. We have provided an estimate of the processing time on every product page.
Payment
Is my credit card information safe while I am checking out?
Totally safe! We only use this information to process your order and don't store your credit card information at all. You can see our privacy policy to find out how we handle your information. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us to update or cancel it. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns page for detailed instructions.
How do I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

How do you donate on orders?
We donate to Unbound Child Sponsorship Charity on every single one of your orders. We donate $1 on every order below $100 and $2 on every order above $100.
How does the rewards program work?
You will simply join our rewards program after your first purchase of over $1000. We then send instructions to your email to get a 5% discount on all your subsequent orders.
