Return Policy

GoforBath, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality wellness products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated in-house team is here to help you navigate the return process.

General Return Guidelines

We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return process:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Shipping and freight costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Used or installed saunas, bathtubs, steam showers, hot tubs, vanities, sinks, or faucets

  • Custom or personalized wellness items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Experience Team

Before returning any items, please contact our support team. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item (including freight instructions for large items like bathtubs or saunas). Please do not send items back without a RAN, as they will not be accepted.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will process your refund or exchange. Please note the following details:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or finish, please specify this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, for large freight items, please ensure you note any damage on the delivery receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
