Standard freight shipping (including curbside delivery) is completely free for all orders over $1,000. Shipping costs for orders under $1,000 are automatically calculated at checkout.
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team securely packages your heavy items onto a pallet for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 days. Transit to your local freight terminal usually takes up to day 8, with final delivery to your home typically occurring between days 5 and 10.
No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your large items will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The shipment will be placed on your driveway or property line as safely as possible. Please note: Drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move heavy items into your home, bathroom, or backyard.
Our quality assurance team ensures your products leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but it is critical that you visually inspect the boxes, shrink wrap, and pallets before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any visible signs of damage, you must write "DAMAGED" clearly on the receipt, take clear photos, and email them to hello@goforbath.com immediately so our Customer Experience team can step in and handle the claim and resolution for you.
