Beyond the reviews — we'll share what owners love and the trade-offs to know.
Hot tubs have built-in heaters and hydrotherapy jets, unlike bathtubs. They're typically smaller than spa pools but focus more on massage and soaking. Spa pools may also support swimming or fitness features.
Hot tubs require regular water testing, adding sanitizers (like chlorine or bromine), filter cleaning, and draining/refilling every 3–4 months.
Modern hot tubs are designed to be energy-efficient. Using a quality insulated cover, smart timers, and efficient heaters can help reduce energy use.
Yes, hot tubs can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor installation is more common, but indoor setups must have proper ventilation and drainage.
Depending on the size and starting water temperature, it typically takes 8–12 hours to fully heat a hot tub. Keeping the cover on speeds up the process.
Hot tubs can be used by kids and seniors with precautions. Keep the water temperature lower (around 95°F for children) and limit soak time to 10–15 minutes.
Popular features include powerful massage jets, LED lighting, waterfall effects, built-in speakers, ergonomic seating, and easy digital controls.

Because items like our saunas, bathtubs, and vanities are large, high-value items, we ship them securely on pallets via specialized LTL freight carriers. Standard freight shipping (including curbside delivery) is completely free for all orders over $1,000. Shipping costs for orders under $1,000 are automatically calculated at checkout.
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team securely packages your heavy items onto a pallet for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 days. Transit to your local freight terminal usually takes up to day 8, with final delivery to your home typically occurring between days 5 and 10.
No surprise drop-offs. Freight deliveries require your presence. Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your large items will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The shipment will be placed on your driveway or property line as safely as possible. Please note: Drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move heavy items into your home, bathroom, or backyard.
Our quality assurance team ensures your products leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but it is critical that you visually inspect the boxes, shrink wrap, and pallets before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any visible signs of damage, you must write "DAMAGED" clearly on the receipt, take clear photos, and email them to hello@goforbath.com immediately so our Customer Experience team can step in and handle the claim and resolution for you.
