Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your large items will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The shipment will be placed on your driveway or property line as safely as possible. Please note: Drivers are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or move heavy items into your home, bathroom, or backyard.
Our quality assurance team ensures your products leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but it is critical that you visually inspect the boxes, shrink wrap, and pallets before signing the delivery receipt.
