Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your large items will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The shipment will be placed on your driveway or property line as safely as possible.
