As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team securely packages your heavy items onto a pallet for warehouse pickup within 1 to 3 days. Transit to your local freight terminal usually takes up to day 8, with final delivery to your home typically occurring between days 5 and 10.

Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal nearest to your home, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a mandatory delivery date and time window. Your large items will not be delivered until this appointment is confirmed.
On the scheduled day, the driver will use a liftgate to safely lower your items off the truck. Standard freight includes curbside delivery only.
